We at OriginatorSuccess want to help our members build solid relationships and stay in front of their real estate agent partners which is why we send regular emails to keep you top of mind. In order for our content to get the best results, and not feel like canned garbage, we will only send an agent one version of our content from one originator. This can sometimes cause problems when two loan officers want to market to the same agent.
Our policy is simple. We discourage loan officers from adding agents they do not work with, or who don't know them into our system. Spamming agents will never result in business. It is our experience that agents need to have know the loan officer and preferably have worked with them to get the best results.
So to best incorporate that policy when a list of agents is uploaded into our system, that list should meet these conditions and we don't allow originators to upload extra large lists of agents that would encourage "land grabbing". When a list is uploaded, if the agent contact already exists in our platform, and receives content from an existing OriginatorSuccess member, the agent contact will remain with the existing member.
However, we do realize that loan officers need the opportunity to add agents into the OriginatorSuccess platform that would rather work with them. So if the agent is manually added by a member and already exists in the platform they will be assigned to the new member.
Although we try to be fair it is ultimately the agents choice who they receive our content from and we reserve the right to transfer agent contacts at any time for any reason.
